A friend asked ME ~ What I would be working on if i weren't in 'float spree' ~

This mini post is Strictly for GEEKS, Venture Capitalist, Angel Investors & for those of you who want to share start-up ideas with others in case if it makes sense. It all started randomly when a friend of mine asked me what i'd be interested working on right now if i had not been floating from industry to industry notoriously. Then two Apps came to my mind. Foicebook & Hydiner!

1-
Fvoicebook - A voice application that will help people to talk over Facebook or post audio additionally to scribbling text on each other wall . Over the time I've realized text by itself is not capable of saying what we wanted to say in our social media interaction. Have you ever wanted to say certain things in certain intonations on someone's wall either only both of you can listen or all you friends can listen and laugh. Funny, Serious, Sarcastic, village accent, even the words "Come re, Go re"....... it can be said many things about this App functions wise it has unlimited potential...

2-
Hydiner - A Hyderabadi dining guide mobile application(GPRS+GPS) which helps you on your decision where to dine. Lets say you are near Nagarjuna circle and wants to have dinner with couple of friends but non of you could come to conclusion where to end up. That is where this app comes handy, In a press of a button it calculates where you are and suggest you dinning places in half Km radius on Banjara hills road no 1. When you click on one of the list, it shows you what's special on the menu including the price so that you can plan in advance how much to spend. it also tells you if there are available tables right now... and so on.

Personally I've other things going on right now so i can not get my hand dirty, but if anyone is interested to put their part-time-neck on the line and develop 'em, you've earned my help in all possible ways. Trust me both apps are EASY to start!

My Thanks Giving 2009 Favourite ~ in a poetry!

If you are in hurry & don't give a damn about poetry Pls Pls Pls Don't READ THIS. Come back Next year when you can, with couple of minutes on hand!

A lot has happened in 2009 to be Thankful about. While giving thanks i feel it's appropriate to shout out what the soul wants to say. If you have been pregnant of some dream like me. A dream bigger than you. And if you feel the delivery will happen in near future. Join me here on Facebook while i say out loud the poetry i borrowed from Sylvia Plath, it's a poetry that cries my own cry, that beats my own heat beat. Am sure if you don't give up at once read, it will penetrate the layers of you. it doesn't matter how many layers you have. Just re-read it till i makes sense.

To give you a clue, The first line says I'm a miner to imply we all are looking precious treasure.
Aren't we? In between you can see someone who is pregnant of something bigger than herself. The ending line talks about Gift, you may call it a baby in a manger.

Nick And The Candlestick
                     Sylvia Plath

I am a miner. The light burns blue.
Waxy stalactites
Drip and thicken, tears

The earthen womb

Exudes from its dead boredom.
Black bat airs

Wrap me, raggy shawls,
Cold homicides.
They weld to me like plums.

Old cave of calcium
Icicles, old echoer.
Even the newts are white,

Those holy Joes.
And the fish, the fish----
Christ! They are panes of ice,

A vice of knives,
A piranha
Religion, drinking

Its first communion out of my live toes.
The candle
Gulps and recovers its small altitude,

Its yellows hearten.
O love, how did you get here?
O embryo

Remembering, even in sleep,
Your crossed position.
The blood blooms clean

In you, ruby.
The pain
You wake to is not yours.

Love, love,
I have hung our cave with roses.
With soft rugs----

The last of Victoriana.
Let the stars
Plummet to their dark address,

Let the mercuric
Atoms that cripple drip
Into the terrible well,

You are the one
Solid the spaces lean on, envious.
You are the baby in the barn.

WILL YOU?

While am chasing something i thought was my dream.
Will you meet me at road to Damascus with a bright light that will make me blind so that i might shift my gears.
Meet me pls, WILL YOU?

TEDinda - The future beckons

This is my totally random write up, in response to facebook status which says what's in your mind? Well in my mind... wishing to attend TEDindia.
At the end of 2006, two habits kicked in my life, one is blogging other is TED. There is a cellular company in India with a motto of An idea can change your life. TED is about ideas worth spreading. I love the diverse topics that TED brings to the table. TED Talks, which originally focused on technology, entertainment and design, but have now expanded in scope to a broad set of topics including science, arts, politics, education, culture, business, global issues, technology and development.

At TED for the last 26 years (:btw, TED is older than me ewwwwww:) they believed passionately in the power of ideas to change attitudes, lives and ultimately, the world. So They're building a clearinghouse that offers free knowledge and inspiration from the world's most inspired thinkers, and also a community of curious souls to engage with ideas and each other.
Now India is going to host TED at Mysore, November 4-7, 2009 22 days to go. How i wish to be around this time, not at least as presenter :P:-)
TEDIndia will be held at Mysore Palace and in incredible high-tech campus built by Infosys with a beautiful setting, the campus represents the heart of the Asian outsourcing industry that’s transformed the global economy. TEDIndia Inner Circle: They also offer a limited number of supporting Inner Circle memberships for $20,000. Inner Circle members receive special privileges at the event.

This is what these two people has to say about TED.

"Words are inadequate to express my appreciation for the invitation to participate at the TED conference. It was one of the highlights of my entire life."
-- Billy Graham, evangelist

"I wasn't prepared for this conference to be so profound. The combined IQ of the attendees is incredible."
-- Bill Gates, Microsoft
